Intermediate Foam fabrication: COSTUMING WITH FOAM
Limited Capacity seats available

RJ takes off from the joint Basic fabrication class and jumps into some intermediate skills and how they apply to costuming elements and how to design and alter patterns for use on the rest of the body, by specifically looking at RJ’s Iconic Bellhop creation from Season 2 of Face Off and the Cat in the Fiddle, Roy and RJ’s collaborative  creation from season 5,  and in deconstructing these pieces RJ will show you when and how to choose foam by showcasing its versatility, over more traditional materials.  To illustrate and implement these techniques,  the class will make a foam gauntlet that works on its own or in conjunction with the foam helmet and foam weapon from our other classes this weekend.  Don’t forget to come to the Out of Kit make up class to see one lucky student’s completed look! REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT REQUIRED! Register here: https://www.concarolinas.org/events/workshops/
